Lodge logic, 10-1/2" diameter, 1/2" deep, round pre-seasoned cast iron griddle, ready to use right out of the box, no seasoning required, electrostatically coated with a proprietary vegetable oil & cured at high temperatures to allow the oil to deeply penetrate the surface of the cast iron to create an heirloom black patina finish.
